I literally love how small these are, threw them in my bag and I haven't forgotten to take one since! Love these.

This is the first bariatric vitamin I’ve actually finished a bottle of. It’s so much simpler. I take it before breakfast and that’s it. No messing around. I’m not saying it’s magic, but I’ve felt more normal since starting it.

I was on iron tablets, a multivitamin, B12 spray and D3 drops. Switched to this and haven’t looked back. GP said my iron’s the best it’s been since surgery. Dead easy to take. No sick feeling after.

Saw people mention this in a group and thought it was another overpriced vitamin. I’ve been on it a month now and genuinely feel better. My sleep’s improved and my head’s not as foggy. Just signed up for the subscription.

Thought this would be another capsule I’d forget to take. But it’s become part of my morning routine now. No weird taste, no bloating. And my blood work’s improved too. GP even asked what I was taking.
